ok, so i am supposed to tell you all about my Alaska trip.. Soooo I guess I will?
My plane left 7pm EST at JFK flying towards Seattle, Washington last Friday… Our flight was supposed to take off at 4pm. We sat on the tar-mac for 3 hours while our “back-up generator” was repaired because it suddenly broke.. it was very scary because the pilot gets on the speakers and says “okay folks, itll be a few.. seems our back-up generator broke and so if in an emergency we lost power in flight we wouldn’t be able to get it back and plunge towards earth”…. Im like “oh great to know”.. so we finally left at 7pm, we were all cranky already and someone smelled like Body Odor! We landed in Seattle around 10pm.. that is with the 3 hour time-zone from EST. We were supposed to take off from Seattle to Alaska at 10pm, so they held the plane.. we ran across the airport which took 10 minutes because we had to take 2 trams that were underground.. we boarded and everyone looked mad at us.. I hate when that happens! We boarded and there was a little girl sitting behind me.. Least I have to say is that she kicked my seat all night.. her mother was NOT paying attention to her and I was too drained to say anything.. I started watching a movie on my laptop and sure enough she CLIMBED over the top and started singing to me… I seriously wanted to punch her in the face!!! She was soooo incredibly annoying. I had the shade on the plane up because it was dark out.. and sure enough it started to get lighter and lighter as we began to approach Alaska.. We landed at midnight and decided to have Breakfast at a local 24/7 diner.. It was fun
While in Vacation I….
Saw many animals
Saw a glacier up close
Rode on the ididarod dog sled
Rode a train
Had fun.
